The Fit First Formula
The Fit First approach is highly individualized. Our instructors specialize in creating personalized exercise programs for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Programs can be sports specific or accommodate pre-existing injuries, and frequently include homework to improve the ergonomics of the home and work environment. Your training begins with a session to review your medical history and assess your posture and areas of strength and weakness.
You will then train one-to-one with a certified Fit First Pilates instructor who will draw upon hundreds of exercises to tailor a program to your evolving capabilities and goals. Workouts are energetic and concentrated, and use focused breathing and controlled movement to maximize benefits. And the unique Pilates spring-loaded resistance equipment adjusts easily, for a challenging workout, whatever your fitness level.
